This policy (“Privacy Policy”) describes which data is being collected when our site is used, why such data is being collected and what your rights are in controlling your data. You will understand how we work and what you can do.

This Privacy Policy applies to (i) the website Translationbusinessacademy.com (“the website”), (ii) the services of Translation Business Academy, and (iii) sharing posts from Translation Business Academy in other media. Points (i) and (ii) are hereafter referred to as the “services”.

How We Keep Your Data Safe

Translation Business Academy commits to taking reasonable, physical, technological and organizational precautions to prevent (i) unauthorized access, and (ii) loss, abuse or change of your personal data.

Translation Business Academy will save all collected personal data on a secure server in the European Union.

Despite our security policy, our procedures and controls, we can’t guarantee 100% security. No method for data transfer by use of the internet or electronic storage is completely secure.

The visitor recognizes that Translation Business Academy can’t be held liable for any direct or indirect damage suffered as a consequence of illegal or unjustified use of data by third parties, unless Translation Business Academy has committed grave misconduct that led to the damage.

We don’t share your data with third parties, unless this is necessary to provide you with one of our services. How Long We Retain Your Data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
